By Order No. 2025-23 of 7 November 2025, the Prefect of the Southern Indian Ocean Defence and Security Zone granted the Association of Friends of the Firefighters\u2019 Museum of La R\u00e9union and the Indian Ocean a subsidy as part of the fourth National Resilience Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This support acknowledges the programme developed by the association to promote and disseminate a culture of risk in La R\u00e9union. Its aim is to preserve the memory of R\u00e9unionese firefighters and to raise public awareness\u2014especially among young people\u2014of natural and technological hazards: forest fires, cyclones, volcanic eruptions, coastal risks and industrial hazards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This funding will be fully dedicated to the actions carried out in 2025 under the National Resilience Day label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
